I wanted to thank you for solving my kitchen cabinet problem. Our first experience with your company had been a pleasure. Your designer made everything so easy and comfortable. We were most happy with the final outcome. However, the second experience was even better.

When I noticed the problem with the cabinet doors you responded immediately by personally checking out the problem. New doors were ordered without a question, even though some time had passed.  That was amazing!!!!

We were recommended to Douglas Kitchens by our contractor. Obviously we were very excited about our new kitchen, but overwhelmed by the thought of doing it. When we walked into the showroom at Douglas Kitchens, we were very impressed. It was a large showroom, but not overwhelming. There were beautiful kitchen layouts of all types. It really had all the different styles
you could want. Our kitchen designer was very sweet, helpful and had great ideas.  They really got involved in every step of the design process.  When we first sat down to work on the project, we
discussed what we liked, wanted and price.  Our designer listened to us and really understood our vision.  Honestly, it was truly a pleasure working with them and their team. They were accessible
and always helpful. Their team is truly talented. 

When the kitchen was delivered they were very meticulous and it fit perfectly.  The layout of our kitchen flows so beautifully. Every time I walk into my kitchen I still can’t believe it’s mine.  They also had door hardware in the showroom that just made it so easy to pick out. After moving into the kitchen I would be in touch with them if something wasn’t quite right and they would take care of it right away.

The moment I walked in your showroom, looked around and met the designer I knew I wanted my kitchen designed by your company.  I had a vision and the designer took it, flew with it and created my dream kitchen.  She listened to everything I wanted and the end result was a kitchen with detail that is different than any other kitchens I have seen.  The quality of the cabinets are outstanding and the inside amenities make the kitchen so functional.  I have only one regret about the kitchen, that I did not do it sooner!
